Many film actors ventured into politics. While few made big, other flattered. While the likes of Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, or fondly NTR Garu, MGR, and Jayalalitha have created history, others like Megastar Chiranjeevi have failed too.But the case of Nandamuri Balakrishna is quite interesting and pitiful.
It is a known fact that his inclusion in TDP is merely for the Nandamuri fans vote bank.
On the film front, the senior star hero has carved a name for himself among the Nandamuri fans and mass audience.
But he has failed to impress the general audience in recent years. His work relationship with Tamil director KS Ravi Kumar is making him look like a scapegoat.
KS Ravi Kumar who directed classics like Mutthu, Narasimha, Sneham Kosam, has come up with films ‘Jai Simha’, and ‘Ruler’ with Balakrishna. These films seemed as if the actor wants to create work for the director, more than anything else.
This invited flak regarding his choices in doing the films.Though Balakrishna’s dialogue delivery, dances, and action still feed some sections of the crowd, it is time for the Nandamuri hero to come out and work with new directors and do unique roles.
