Naga Shaurya’s Next Film Is Not Shelved

Naga Shourya has been struggling to break big as his last few films have been a string of flops.His recent release ‘Aswathama’ where he himself has written the script and produced it under his home banner, has not yielded him the much-needed success.

Even his small cameo role opposite Samantha Akkineni in ‘Oh Baby’ has gone unnoticed.

After the failure of ‘Aswathama’, there were rumors that Shaurya’s ongoing film directed by popular actor-director Srinivas Avasarala got shelved started circulating widely from the past few days.

But Vivek Kuchibotla, who is one of the producers of the film, has promptly denied shelving the film and called the reports totally baseless.

Taking on to his twitter account, Vivek tweeted saying- “Naga shourya and Avasarala Srinivas project is 50% done and rest to be shot in USA, we are waiting for visas, project is very much shaping up well and rumors of shelving the project are wrong and baseless….”

This the thrid film for both Shourya and Srinivas Avasarala after ‘Oohalu Gusagusalade’ and ‘Jyo Achyutananda’.Malavika Nair is playing the female lead alongside Shourya in this film which is tentatively titled as ‘Fhalana Abbayi Fhala Abbbayi’.This film is jointly produced under the People Media Factory and Dasari Productions banners.
