Seoul, December 28th : .North Korea reacted on Tuesday to the recent US decision not to remove Pyongyang from the State Sponsors of Terrorism List.
It accused Washington of engaging in terrorist acts under pretext of counter-terrorism. The State Department released its 2020 Country Reports on Terrorism 2020 earlier this month.This included the North, Iran, and Syria.
Pyongyang posted a comment on the Foreign Ministry’s website criticizing Washington for being “the judge of terror”, listing a variety of US-involved conflicts and calling them “large-scale acts state terrorism”.
The post claimed that Washington had carried out terrorist attacks against foreign officials and political leaders.
The court stated that Washington’s denigration of other “terrorist countries” was the worst case in which a party is first to file suit.
Since 2017, North Korea is on the US state sponsor of terror list.North Korean agents killed Kim Jong Un’s half-brother, Kim Jong Nam, with a chemical agent found in Malaysia.
