By Shambhu Nath Chaudhary Ranchi, Nov 30, : .The secret of Jagdish Chandra Bose’s locked vault in his Jharkhand’s Giridhi house remains a mystery even after he died on November 23, 1937.
The contents of the vault have been a subject of speculation by both locals and intellectuals and leading scientists.
Many discussions were held at district administration level regarding the opening of the vault.
Even a plan was developed to invite A.P.J., the former President of India.Abdul Kalam was invited to Giridih by the district administration.He was unable to come due either to one or two reasons and the mystery behind the safe remains unsolved.
November 30 marks the anniversary of Jagdish Chandra Bosse’s birth.He was born in 1858 in Mymensingh (now Bangladesh) under the Bengal Presidency.
Giridih, also under the Bengal Presidency at the time, had many relatives of Bose living there.It was a beautiful area surrounded with forests, and Bose had a special connection to it because his most important research was on plants.
He was not only a frequent visitor to Giridih but also spent a lot time there doing scientific research.Giridih was where he spent his last years of life.
The house where he lived, located near Jhanda Maidan, was not known to many people.The government learned of this incident through the Deputy Commissioner K.K.This house was purchased by Pathak and named Jagdish Chandra Bose Smriti Vigyan Bhavan.It was inaugurated by A.R., the then (undivided), Governor of Bihar.Kidwai.
However, it was impossible to solve the mystery of the vault’s locked door even after that.
Ritesh Sarak is a local journalist who is writing a book about Bose.
He said that the house has a replica of a microwave detection on one side and a crescograph on another – both inventions by Bose.The crescograph was the instrument that demonstrated that plants can feel pain just like humans.
The house contains photographs of Bose’s childhood, youth, and other activities during his research.Here are photos of his parents and other relatives.
These photos show that a large crowd gathered to pay their last respects to the great scientist after his death.
Bose was a pioneer in the fields of physics, biology, and botany.
Although Guglielmo Marconi, an Italian scientist, is considered to be the inventor of radio, several articles about Bose suggest that he invented the radio before Marconi but did not get credit.
Bose then began to study plants and trees.
Bose revealed to the world that trees and plants can feel pain and breathe like humans.Many top scientists around the world were amazed by his experiment.
Many believe that there may be evidence in his vault related to his invention of the crescograph.
However, it is not known when or if the vault will be open.
