President Donald Trump reportedly referred to American service members who died in World War I as ‘losers’ and ‘suckers’ in conversations with his staff, an Atlantic report reads.And that is allegedly the reason he refused to visit the Aisne-Marne American Cemetary in France during his visit in 2018.

The report did not name the staffers who made the allegations, but veterans have been quick to scorn at the President and said it is the “last full measure of his disgrace.” Trump said his helicopter being grounded as a result of bad weather why he canceled a planned visit to the cemetery, where 2,289 US troops are buried, many of whom died at the bloody Battle of Belleau Wood.
