Mumbai 15th August : As the nation celebrates the 75th anniversary of Independence Day and paying tribute to freedom and martyrs combatants, there are many heroes who are not known and whose stories are often left out.”Mukhbir – The Story of A Spy’ is a story about India’s spy in Pakistan and the way he is able to overcome all odds for his country. The spy-thriller “Mukhbir – The Story of a Spy’ is inspired by the life and struggles of the Indian spy in Pakistan.
The plot centers around a spy as well as historical events that occurred in the 1960s.
Producer Vaibhav Modi has this to say about the spy thriller: “Creating a period drama with authentic historical events as the background is both a challenge and an opportunity.”
“We are extremely proud of our efforts to turn this challenge into a fantastic series.It’s an original story of how some outstanding men and women work in the shadows to ensure the security of India,” he adds.
