New Delhi, Aug 29 : The 45th annual general assembly of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has set the stage for the Next-Gen leadership.Mukesh Ambani as Chairman and the Managing Director of RIL The company has put a lot of the emphasis on the role of the next generation of leaders as he continues to be a hands-on leader.
Akash and Isha Ambani have been appointed to the leadership positions in Jio and Retail, respectively and Anant has joined the New Energy business.The two are part of an emerging team of professionals and leaders who are who are supervised by their senior managers, Mukesh Ambani outlined.
Mukesh Ambani will be a hands-on leader and, along with the current leaders and the Board of Directors will work to make Reliance more resilient, robust and truly future-proof.
Strengthening the institutional foundations of Reliance by strengthening Reliance’s leadership capital as well as its the culture of its institutions along with a robust governance system that will ensure that everyone is accountable was an additional focus area during the AGM.
