“I like to take an outdoor walk when I get there and, as much as possible, walk naked on the grass to re-connect to myself, and ground myself, and take some of time to reset,” Miranda said, speaking to PORTER.

“Melatonin can also be helpful for helping to you get in the correct time zone.”

However, Miranda recently revealed that she travels light when she goes on vacation with her family.Miranda has also learned how to mix and match a small amount of pieces in order to put together “endless” clothes.

She told me, “Start with easy crochet cover-ups in white or black.They’re easy to carry and won’t wrinkle.You can then throw in shorts in denim and mix and match any of your swimsuits to create endless outfits.

“Bring an easy white cotton shirt, a stylish pair of flats and you’re all set.” When it is about footwear, Miranda opts to pack comfortable Nike sneakers, comfortable heels and sandals.

“I love mixing low and high,” she added.

She advised individuals to take a breather and appreciate their time off to ensure the health of their mental health.

Miranda told me, “As a mother of three boys, time goes quickly.Enjoy your time with your family while you can as life is busy.I believe it’s essential to let our kids understand how important it is to have a strong work ethic and it’s equally important that they see how we appreciate time together as a family.”
