Karimnagar: Welfare Minister Koppula Eshwar has said that the Dalit Bandhu scheme is great in the country and it is a great thing that those who worked as laborers and drivers yesterday are now owners of vehicles.Dr.B.R.Minister Ganguly Kamalakar, State Planning Commission Vice President Vinod Kumar, MP Venkatesh Neta, State SC Corporation Chairman Banda Srinivas and others distributed 202 units to Dalit Bandhu beneficiaries of Huzurabad constituency at the indoor stadium at Ambedkar Stadium.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Koppula Eshwar said that CM KCR had introduced the Dalit Bandhu scheme to ighten Dalit families.
He said that with this scheme, Dalits will be able to achieve economic development.He said that the determination made by KCR before the arrival of Telangana state will come true today.
The Dalit Bandhu scheme is said to be an ongoing process.
State Planning Commission vice-president B Vinod Kumar said the TRS was a movement party when it was formed in 2001.
Recall that in 2002 the TRS party announced a Dalit policy.He said that the Telangana state government had initiated the development of the Dalit community.
Opposition parties have stated they will not run in the by-elections.
BC Welfare Minister Ganguly Kamalakar said that the Dalit Bond Scheme would brighten the lives of Dalits.
