Nandini Reddy is one of the very few talented female directors Tollywood has ever produced.The director is on high with the success of the Korean remake ‘Oh! Baby’.
Samantha and senior character artist Lakshmi played the lead roles, with Naga Shaurya playing the second fiddle in the movie.
According to sources, Director Nandini Reddy was excited after she received a call from Geetha Productions.
The lady director reportedly narrated a script to Vaishnav Tej, who is making his debut with the upcoming film ‘Uppena’.Though the upcoming actor liked the script, he asked her to give a hearing to Megastar Chiranjeevi for the final approval.
With fingers crossed Director Nandini Reddy met Chiranjeevi and narrated the script.Upon hearing Chiranjeevi suggested her few changes, to bring a touch of humour, and make it more entertaining.
Even after the suggested changes, the lady director failed to impress Megastar Chiranjeevi.
It will be interesting to see whether she comes back with another copy or will write a completely new script.
Industry sources said, Director Nandini Reddy is awaiting for a big break, and is eager to work with the Mega family.
