Yesteryear glam queen Madhuri Dixit is all set to make her acting debut in the OTT universe, which she feels has changed the dynamics of Indian showbiz.She will soon be seen in a Netflix original series which will be helmed by New York-based writer-director, Sri Rao and creatively produced by Bollywood hotshot producer Karan Johar.
Madhuri Dixit was working on the series before the pandemic shut down everything and the shoot was halted.Now the latest news is that Madhuri will resume shooting of this series and it is being said that the actress has left for Nashik to shoot for this show in a straight one month schedule.
As per the new details, the team will adopt the bio bubble route and will have a lean crew.The makers have already scouted a bungalow and begun constructing the set.Tentatively titled ‘Actress’, the series is being produced under Karan Johar’s Dharmatics banner.
The story is touted to be a thrilling family drama, where a celeb goes off the radar from public attention for no good reason.
