Washington, Nov 30, : .Forbes has warned that loopholes exist in the Covid-19 vaccine requirement issued US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The guideline does not cover all coronavirus carriers. “The good news is that the US requires air travelers entering the country to have their vaccines; The crazy news is that this rule doesn’t apply to US citizens,” Forbes quoted Mark D.Levine, a New York City Council member, as saying in a tweet.
According to Xinhua news agency, “The Presidential Proclamation or CDC’s Order are not applicable to US citizens, US nationals or US lawful permanent resident (Green Card holders)”, the CDC stated on its website.
Forbes stated that the key to Covid precautions is “uniformity, consistency” and that it is important to show that science drives such decisions and not politics and business.
Forbes stated that people will feel less likely to feel discriminated against or treated unfairly if they are consistent.
