The highly-awaited pan Indian action film ‘Liger‘ starring Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday finally gets a theatrical release date.‘Saala Crossbreed’ is the tagline for this quirky title.According to an announcement made yesterday, Ananya and co-producer Charmme Kaur teased that they will be announcing the date on February 11th at 8.14 am.
Finally, the film unit made an announcement with a brand new poster of Vijay and said that this sports drama, ‘Liger’, will be released on September 9th all over the globe in a grand manner.This pan-Indian film will be releasing in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.
The film’s shoot has resumed today after being on hold for 11 months due to the lockdown.
Vijay Devarakonda is seen holding a stick in his hand and sporting a muscular look in the poster.
He even underwent training in mixed martial arts for this flick.Vijay plays a boxer in this pan Indian project while Ananya Pandey plays his love interest.
The film also features Ramya Krishna, Ronit Roy, Getup Seenu, and Vishnu Reddy in key roles.
Puri Jagannadh, Charmme Kaur, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta together are producing the film under their Puri Jagannadh’s Touring Talkies, Puri Connects, and Dharma Productions banners.Manisharma is composing the music and background score for this action thriller.
