Recently Megastar Chiranjeevi made an official announcement that he will play the lead role in an upcoming Telugu film which is a remake of the Malayalam blockbuster movie ‘Lucifer’ and Tamil director Mohan Raja has been brought on the board to direct this remake.This political drama of Chiranjeevi will be jointly bankrolled by his son Ram Charan and veteran producer NV.Prasad. Now the latest news is that talented actor Satya Dev has bagged a key role in the film.
Buzz is that Satyadev will be seen in the role of Prithviraj in this remake and sources say that Chiranjeevi personally called him up and offered the character.A pic of Satya meeting Chiru went viral recently and now it is proved that Satya met Chiru to thank him for giving his biggest break.
Another interesting news is that Lady superstar Nayanthara has been roped in for another key role in the film.She is said to be reprising the role of CM’s daughter in the film and reports suggest that she has also signed the dotted line.The makers of this film are also planning to start the shoot from 20th January in Hyderabad.Keep watching this space for more updates!
