Story
A handicap evil scientist Kaal [Vivek Oberoi], who is gifted with superpowers, wants to spread a deadly virus across the globe which will destroy the humanity from its root.He operates a pharmaceutical company through which he creates new virus along with anti-dose for them and he tries to cure his physical disability.To continue his experiments Kaal choices India as his target and rest of the story is formed how Krrish [Hrithik Roshan ] saves human race from evil Kaal.
Performances
Hrithik Roshan had given brilliant performers in both the characters of super hero Krrish and also scientist Rohit Mehara.He has perfectly done the romantic part along with sentimental and action sequences.Priyanka Chopra role was short and sweet making her presences felt in the movie.
Kangana is a treat to watch on screen with her oomph factor blending cent percent with the emotional scenes and even her action part is very appreciable.Vivek Oberoi was villain Kaal acting was great and it looked like a tailor made role for him and best part is his expressions are fantastic giving power, justification gave to his character.
Technical Department
Rakesh Roshan had recreated the magic yet again like his previous films, his total command over linking human emotional factor to connect them to audiences deserves a BIG HIGH FIVE.Even though story similar to super hero theme the ingredients which he added to make a commercial film proves his talent as director.
His screenplay is good and never makes to feel bored.
Music by Rajesh Roshan is little on lower side for Krrish 3, only few songs are good and even Salim-Sulaiman background score is bit louder during action sequences.S.Tirru cinematography is topnotch, editing by Chandan Arora was alright and production values are nothing less compared to a Hollywood film.A special mention about visual effect should be given for their extraordinary work throughout the film.
Analysis
Krrish 3 script has all the elements an exciting superhero film must have.A vulnerable masked crusader, a malevolent super villain, who’s as far away from redemption as heaven is from hell.And the ultimate battle the triumph of good over evil .It isn’t an all-indulgent film that focuses only on the greatness of Krrish but also human family bonding.
While the first half is mainly to establish the characters, it’s the second half that holds your attention till the last frame.
Twenty minutes into the film and you know there’s nothing random about it.Each scene has you hooked and it moves seamlessly at a brisk pace.Considering 75 per cent of the film has VFX, the graphics seem a bit sketchy in a few initial scenes.But where it matters the most, like the climax, its bang on and treat to watch on big screen.
Bottom line
Krrish 3 has all the elements which an entertaining film must have, don’t miss it.
