The worst fears of TDP leaders have come true.Telangana ACB started serving notices to TDP leaders and Khammam MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah received the first notice from ACB.TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah got a notice of Telangana ACB in Cash for Vote scam and The notice was issued under CRPC Section 160.ACB officials went Sandra’s official quarters No.208 in Hyderguda and pasted the notice as he was not there at home.
The ACB notice asked the MLA to cooperate with the investigation.
Sandra Venkata Veeraiah is also reportedly involved in trying to lure TRS MLAs during the recent MLC elections.
MLA Sandra Venkat Veeraiah who is not in town said will cooperate with the investigation.
After serving notices to Sandra Venkata Veeraiah, Telangana ACB served notices to TDP leader, Vem Narendra Reddy.He is the MLC candidate of TDP in the recent elections.
Notices were served under CRPC Section 160 at his Adarshnagar Quarter.Other side AP Government has deployed AP police to protect the AP ministers and Chief Minister.
Late in the night, several TDP leaders, including ministers, reached the residence of TDP MP CM Ramesh, who is accused of routing and distributing the money used to bribe the TRS MLAs to switch sides during the MLC elections.
In another development, a team of Union Home MInistry officials will reach Hyderabad on Wednesday to discuss Section 8 and other outstanding issues between the two Telugu states.
