Andhra Pradesh Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu has presented the state budget for the year 2015-16 in the Assembly today.This is the first full-fledged budget of Andhra Pradesh after separate Telangana state was carved out in June last year.

Yanamala proposed an total budget of Rs.1,13,049 crore, comprising non-plan expenditure of Rs.78,637 crore and plan expenditure of Rs.34,412 crore.Estimated revenue deficit is Rs.7,300 crore and fiscal deficit is estimated at Rs.17,584 crore.

The key allotments have gone new capital, for rural development, Primary and Secondary education.Rs.3,168 crore provision proposed for new State capital.Here are key allotments sin the AP budget.

The total budget is Rs.1, 13, 048 crores.Planned Expenses: Rs.34412 crores.Unplanned expenses: Rs.78, 636 crores.Revenue Deficit: Rs.14, 244 crores.Budget deficit: Rs.17, 584 crores.

Revenue: Rs.1429 crores

Endowment: Rs.200 crores

Tourism: Rs.330 crores

Transport: Rs.122 crores

Skill development: Rs.360 crores

IT development: rs.370 crores

Law and Order: Rs.4062 crores

Housing: Rs.897 crores

Mining: Rs.27 crores

Higher Education: Rs.3049 crores

SCs will be given loans with 60 per cent subsidy

Godavari Pushkaralu: Rs.1360 (from all departments)

Marine Academy will be set up at Machilipatnam in 300 acres.
