Bhopal : , Kamal Nath, former chief minister of Madhya Pradesh Congress has called the party’s MLAs as well as other Schedule Tribes leaders (ST) to meet in Bhopal on November 24, where they will discuss strategy and preparations for the forthcoming panchayat elections. “All leaders and workers of all 89 tribal dominated blocks of 22 districts will be present in the meeting in view of party’s preparation for upcoming gram panchayat elections in the state,” a party spokesperson said.
A party spokesperson stated that all leaders and workers from the 89 blocks controlled by tribal tribes in 22 districts would attend the meeting to help party prepare for the upcoming gram panchayat election in the state.
Sources said that the party has also planned to organise some special events to garner tribal votes in the state.
