“Why didn’t the Baghel government act prior to Priyanka Gandhi tweeting? Agrawal stated that her promptness in responding to her tweet showed that the Chhattisgarh government acted solely to please Priyanka Gandhi’s central leadership and Congress.

Agrawal was also a member the state assembly and questioned how the Madya Pradesh religious leader had been arrested.

His statement was that he had been arrested without having followed the procedures of informing the state police or obtaining a production warrant. He wasn’t served with notice or asked for his recording.

The Government claims that a religious leader was detained for making abusive statements, but fails to realize that the section for abuse of a person can be bailable.

Agrawal was one of the most senior MLAs of the saffron Party and asked the chief minister why he didn’t take action against those who insulted or abused Lord Ram, Sita, or the entire Brahmin community.

Kalicharan was also released by him.

A team of Chhattisgarh Police officers from Madhya Pradesh’s Khajuraho arrested him and took him to Raipur.

Pramod Dubey was the Congress leader and had attended the “Dharma Sansad” event.

Kalicharan’s deportation from Madhya Pradesh has caused a political row between Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

Narottam Misra, Madhya Pradesh’s Home Minister, had accused the Congress-led Chhattisgarh government “of violating inter-state protocol”.
