The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Thursday named preliminary list of 30 Indian probables for the upcoming World Cup in Australia and New Zealand .The lsit has many new faces but what surprised many is that selection committee decides to exclude star players of 2011 world cup.
Five members of India’s 2011 World Cup-winning team Virender Seheag, Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan SIngh, Zaheer Khan and Gautam Gambhir were left out .
Jammu and Kashmir all-rounder Parveez Rasool, Uttar Pradesh spinner Kuldeep Yadav, batsmen Manish Pandey and Kedar Jadhav and spinner Axar Patel found the place.With the selectors opting to ignore the out-of-favour seniors, there were no major surprises on offer in the list of probables
