The Home Ministry has released a notification regarding the Appointed Date of Telangana and residue state of Andhra Pradesh.
The home ministries have confirmed the ‘appointed day’ for both residual Andhra Pradesh and Telangana state as 2nd of June, 2014.
The announcement came a few hours before the announcement of election schedule by the Election Commission of India.
As the election procedure is expected to be completed by the third week of May, two governments in both the states are expected to be formed.
So new state of Telangana is going to form on June 2nd which means elections to the both assemblies will be conducted along with Lok Sabha elections.
Earlier November 1 is celebrated as the Andhra Pradesh formation day.So with the new announcement of central home ministry hemceforth all need to celebrated the state formation on June 2nd .
