According to the latest report, Janhvi Kapoor, the daughter of late actress Sri Devi and producer Boney Kapoor has bought a new house and the house, spread across 3 floors in the Juhu neighborhood of Mumbai, is worth Rs 39 Cr, which is a triplex spread on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floor of the building that comes under JVPD scheme which is very popular among the celebrities. Along with the three apartments, she has also been allotted six-car parking in the building.
The sources say that the deal was finalized late last year, on 7th December.Stamp duty of Rs 78 lakhs was paid by Janhvi Kapoor.
Dhadak girl has been living in Lokhandwala with her dad Boney Kapoor, and sister Khushi Kapoor but she wants to move into this new apartment.
Sri Devi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor made her debut in Bollywood with the romantic movie Dhadak which was released in 2018 and she was last seen in Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl.
The star daughter Janhvi Kapoor also appeared in director Zoya Akhtar’s segment in the horror anthology, Ghost Stories. On the work front, she will next be seen in the upcoming movies- Dostana 2 and Roohi Afzana.
