Jagapathi Babu who has had a bounce back to the Tollywood film industry with the roles of an antagonist is now back as a hero again with the film ‘FCUK’ which stands for “Father Chitti Umma & Karthik” which is creating a wave among his fans.Jagapathi Babu who worked in more than 120 films in a career spanning 25 years has seemed to show interest in playing the role of a protagonist after a long while.
The title of this film ‘FCUK’ has been announced a few days ago with the first look poster of the Father that is, Jagapathi Babu has been released now.
Playing the father character, he is seen with a salt and pepper beard look and is seen drinking from a liquor leather flask while stroking his beard with his right hand.A tagline was written below, “#Father who is #60but16” which looked interesting.In spite of his age, he is very fit and well-toned with a smart look.
It is observed from the poster that he might be playing a romantic role as a 16-year-old with the addition of comedy to it.
This film is being directed by Vidyasagar Raju and is produced by KL.Damodar Prasad of ‘Ala Modalaindi’ and ‘Kalyana Vaibhogame’ fame under Sri Ranjith Movie’s banner.The film also costars Ram Karthik, Tamil actress Ammu Abhirami and child artiste Sahasritha in key roles.
Sources have said that the shooting of this film has been wrapped up already and are in the stages of post-production currently and might release in January 2021.In addition, Jagapathi Babu will also be seen in ‘Tuck Jagadish’ alongside natural star Nani and in Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa’.
