Jagan bail revocation case adjourned to June 1

The revocation of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s bail has become hot in AP politics.Narsapuram YSRCP Rebel MP Raghurama Krishnamaraju has filed a petition in the AP High court seeking revocation in Jagan’s bail as Jagan was referred as A1 in 11 charge sheets.

Now, CM’s bail revocation case has been postponed once again.To this end, the tribunal adjourned the case to June 1.

However, the CBI court decided to give one more chance to Jagan and CBI officials to file a counter-filing.Recently, a hearing was held on the petition filed by MP Raghurama Krishnamaraju seeking revocation of Jagan’s bail.Jagan’s lawyers said the counter was not filed due to reasons such as a curfew and lockdown.CBI prosecutors told the bench that they had not yet received any instructions from the CBI.

Raghurama’s lawyer objected to this and asked the defendants to pay a fine.However, the CBI court clarified that if the counter is not filed by June 1, directly an inquiry will be held.

To this end, the tribunal adjourned the case till June 1.It remains to be seen how CM Jagan will proceed.
