Jagan bail case: MP Raghurama likely to approach HC on CBI court’s verdict

Narasapuram YSRCP Rebel MP Raghurama Krishnama Raju has made it clear that he will soon file a revision petition in the high court challenging the CBI court’s dismissal of his petition seeking cancellation of the bail of Chief Minister Jagan Reddy and YCP MP Vijayasaireddy in the irregular assets case.He said he would approach the Supreme Court if he get a dissatisfactory verdict in the High court.

Speaking on this occasion, MP Raghurama Krishnamaraju said that propaganda made by the Jagan media resulted in the cancellation of his petition.Also, he says that revocation of Jagan’s bail is certain.

MP Raghurama Krishnamaraju said the crime rate had risen to 63 per cent due to deteriorating security in the state.Also, he said, though crimes and atrocities are rampant, it is ridiculous for the police to get the best awards.

It is a known fact that Narasapuram YSRCP Rebel MP Raghurama Krishnamaraju approached the CBI court seeking revocation of Jagan’s bail.Recently, MP Raghurama approached the High court and filed a house motion petition seeking the transfer of Jagan’s bail cancellation case to another bench.

To contrary, the High court dismissed the petition filed by MP Raghurama.
