The Telangana High Court has taken a crucial decision as the private hospitals are charging high fees for corona treatment.It directed the state government to release the money to the families of the victims from private hospitals which have been charging high fees for corona treatment.

The High Court questioned what action had been taken against private hospitals which had charged high fees.

The government said it had received complaints against 174 private hospitals.He said that the permits of 21 hospitals to treat covid patients have been revoked.

The High Court questioned whether the hospitals had paid the overcharged fees from the victims.The court said it was more important to return the victims than to revoke the licenses.

After the licenses are revoked, the hospitals will not give money to the victims.Medical health officer Srinivasa Rao told the court that Rs 3 crore had been given to the victims.

The High Court questioned whether fees were fixed for corona treatments in private hospitals.However, he recalled that GO was issued last year.

However, the High Court directed that a new GO be issued.However, the High Court directed the government to give a blueprint regarding the measures being taken for the third wave.
