Natural star Nani’s Dasara has done good business so far at the Indian box office.Released on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, the film took a flying start and did well over the 4-day extended weekend.
However, on weekdays, a big dip has been seen in the numbers.And now, the latest we hear is that the biggie is turning out to be a disappointing affair in Andhra Pradesh.
Dasara received huge openings.Celebrities also posted glowing reviews on their social media platforms.Nani gave his best performance to date, and some parts of the film are fantastic.“Dasara” was a smash hit in Nizam and the USA.Within five days, the Telangana market had already turned a profit.
However, the film’s content is not universally appealing.
This is why the film did not perform well in non-Telugu markets.It was a flop in Hindi and other languages.
The film has now failed even in Andhra Pradesh.
In Andhra, the film collapsed on Monday and did not recover on Tuesday.In ceded, the situation is worse.The distributors are staring at massive losses.
Ceded has been performing at the lower end since the first day of release.
The story’s lack of novelty and the heavily loaded Telangana accent did not resonate with audiences in these regions.
Though the film was a hit for Nani, it was not a universal box office success.
