The first year examinations for the current Intermediate second-year students begins today (October 25) in Telangana.The examinations will be held from 9 a.m.to 12 noon until November 3.
Authorities have arranged 1,768 examination centres for inter second-year students across the state.A total of 4,59,228 students would appear for the exams.
Of these, 2,05,360 were boys, and 2,04,537 were girls.Students can download the hall tickets from the tsbie.cgg.gov.in website and appear for the exam.
The Telangana Intermediate Board clarified that the students would be allowed to the examination centre even if the principal does not sign the hall tickets.As announced earlier, students will have examinations only for 70% of the syllabus.
The Inter Board has arranged for the Inter First Year Examinations to be conducted abiding by Covid protocols.Only the vaccinated faculty and staff were assigned to examination duties.
The Inter Board clarified that students and staff attending the examinations must wear a mask and enter the examination centre following physical distance.
Two isolation rooms have been set up at each centre.
A staff nurse or ANM is available at each centre.Also, the authorities are taking measures like sanitizing college premises, benches, desks, doors, and windows.
