Despite the decline in new coronavirus cases across the country, the number of cases today is slightly higher than the previous day.For the fifth consecutive day, the number of corona cases count was lower but comparatively higher than the previous day.
According to the latest report released by the Union Ministry of Medical Health, 14,623 new corona cases have been reported across India in the last 24 hours.Also, 197 people died due to corona in the last 24 hours.
With this, the number of covid deaths in India has reached 4,52,651.
The number of patients being treated with coronavirus in various hospitals has dropped to 1,78,098.
At the same time, the number of people recovering from corona reached 19,446.So far, 3,34,78,247 people have recovered from the coronavirus in India.
A total of 3,41,08,996 corona cases were reported in the country since the Covid began.
On the other hand, India is very close to setting a rare record in the vaccination program.
The Union Ministry of Health has announced that the country has so far administered 99,12,82,283 crore vaccine doses as 41,36,142 vaccine doses were administered in the last 24 hrs.
