Seoul, November 19, : , After the conclusion of the national college entrance exam this year, in-person classes across South Korea will resume next week, according to the Education Ministry. According to Yonhap News Agency, kindergartens and elementary schools in all parts of the country, will resume full-fledged classes in person on November 22, in accordance with the government’s “living with Covid-19” scheme.
This is the second time that the Covid-19 pandemic erupted in two years.
The government relaxed social distancing regulations under the first phase of the three-phase plan for individuals’ gradual return to normal living.
However, education officials delayed the full reinstatement of in-person attendance until after Thursday’s College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT).

According to the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency, South Korea had more than 3,000 daily Covid-19 cases for Friday.The broad capital region accounted for 80.3 percent of total country cases.
Schools can be allowed to modify their attendance policies by local education officers, taking into account the class densities and virus situation.
Yoo Eunhae, Education Minister, also stated that the government would consider taking steps to increase vaccination rates among students.
Teenagers are more susceptible to infection than other age groups, as the rate of inoculation remains very low.
