Kochi, Nov 26th : .Income Tax officials raided Friday the offices of three top Kerala film producers. From their office here, the sleuths are obtaining all details about film producers Antony Perambavoor and Anto Joseph.
The IT personnel are part of the TDS wing at the Kochi office.
Sources in the know said that they are looking into the details of recent releases by these producers through the OTT platforms.
Perambavoor is the state’s largest producer and is most associated with blockbuster productions with Mohanlal.
There was speculation that he had sold his mega film “Marakkar – Lion of Arabia” for Rs 70 cr under OTT.
Joseph is the closest aide to Mammootty.
These three producers continue to be targeted by raids.
