Chiyaan Vikram I – Manoharudu is in last stages of post production works.The film’s Tamil version audio was launched in September splendidly and Telugu version audio will be released either in November end or in December.
Meanwhile the pre-release business of this romantic thriller is setting new records.As per insiders, ‘I’ Krishna district rights have been sold out for a whooping Rs 2.52 crore.Kavuri Creations, distribution house, has closed the deal for a record sum and this is a sign of enormous craze for the Vikram starrer.
While Guntur are rights were sold for 3.05 Cr (NRA), Kavuri Creations have bought Krishna area rights for 2.52 Cr (Including all ).This is biggest price for non straight Telugu film in Krishna.In fact, very few of Telugu films have crossed 2.5 crore mark in the district.
Shankar’s previous film, Robo starring Rajinikanth collected 2.2 Cr Share in Krishna and till date, only 6 films collected 2.52 cr+.Interestingly the biggest Hit of this year, Race Gurram did not even match this price.
It may be recalled that, NV Prasad and RB Choudhary of Mega Super Good Films have acquired complete Telugu film rights of I for 30 Crores which is highest ever for a dubbing movie.The makers are likely to make table profits with ‘I’ which will be releasing by the end of November.
