Telugu actor Uday Kiran committed suicide by hanging himself on Sunday night and the incident gave sudden shocks to all his fans
Meanwhile, a lawyer filed a petition in State Human Rights Commission, seeking direction to the government to order probe into the actor’s suicide.Petitioner Arun Kumar alleged that four families were ruling the Telugu film industry and cited this as the cause for Kiran’s suicide
In his petition Arun Kumar stated that TFI is being ruled by four families and is dominated by two castes mainly .Chiranjeevi,Dil Raju and Daggubati and NTR family names were included in the petition and said that they are the responsible for Uday’s death and requested the HRC to take action.
Acting upon the petition HRC responded that petition will not be considered and it was solely rejected.
Commission member Peri Reddy has rejected the plea stating that he would have accepted the plea if one of the members of Uday Kiran’s family had launched it in the HRC rather than others.
