New Delhi, Nov 19, : .In a response to Friday’s cancellation of three Centre farm laws, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kehriwal described the event as ‘historical and victory not only for Indian farmers but also democracy.
It is an historic day that will live in the same memory as January 15th and 26th.The farmer’s struggle for freedom forced the Central government to give in to their constant demands and to repeal three of the black farm laws.”It isn’t just the victory of our farmer, it’s also the victory for democracy as the farmers made it clear to all political parties and leaders in the country that it was the people who are supposed to hear,” Kejriwal stated in a briefing to the virtual media.

Modi announced, in conjunction with Guru Nanak Jayanti’s auspicious occasion, that the Constitution process for repealing the laws will be considered at the Winter Session of Parliament.He appealed also to the farmers agitating to withdraw their agitation so that they can return to their families.
