The Hyderabad Meteorological Department has forecast heavy rains in Telangana on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.It has been revealed by the Hyderabad Meteorological department that low pressure will form in the north-western and western parts of the Bay of Bengal, today.
The daytime temperatures are expected to be below normal for the next five days, the Meteorological Department said.
The Hyderabad meteorological department issued an alert of heavy rains to Adilabad, Sangareddy, Asifabad, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagityal, Sircilla, Khammam, Nalgonda, Mahabubabad, Siddipet, Vikarabad, Medak, Kamareddy and Mahabubnagar districts due to low pressure.
Also, it said that Hyderabad will experience heavy rains on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
The Meteorological Department has directed the respective government departments to issue alerts to the people in the low-lying areas due to heavy rains.
The meteorological department warned that the people must be vigilant as there is a chance of heavy rains.It said that the power supply would be disrupted due to the heavy rains.
On the other hand, heavy rains are expected in Andhra Pradesh, too.Due to the low pressure formed in the Bay of Bengal, both Telugu states will receive heavy rainfall.
