Gurugram Gurugram, August 11, : To take action against brawls that take place inside and outside nightclubs in the city The Gurugram Police is expected to soon begin checking the bouncers.
This is following an incident of beating of guests and the alleged molestation of one woman by bouncers at the Casa Danza nightclub in Udyog Vihar Phase 2 during the night of August 7 and 8.The incident was brought to light after a viral video was posted.

The Gurugram Police have said they will conduct a check of the bouncers.

“We have demanded that all security agencies that supply bouncers to bars and pubs nightclubs, and other establishments to ensure that the police’s verification of bouncers on or before August 31.If we discover any agencies not complying with the order, strict action will be taken against them.” Preet Pal Sangwan, ACP (crime), said.

“We have strictly instructed the various agencies to follow our directives to ensure the law and order environment.

These kinds of incidents are not allowed to continue,” Sangwan said.

The Gurugram Police have arrested Casa Danza nightclub manager Lokesh and six bouncers whom they accused of molestation and thrashing patrons.one woman.

The person who filed the complaint, Mayank Chaudhary, alleged in his complaint that he was beaten by a bunch of 8-10 bouncers, after one of them was accused of touching his female friend in a inappropriate manner.

The accused bouncers whipped the complainant along with his female friends with a vengeance following a confrontation with one of the bouncers for being unruly with the lady.

In an official statement the club released: “We condemn the violence that occurred in our premises, between the group of guests and third-party security personnel.

“We are not aware of any molestation allegations regarding the bodyguard as shown in the footage of surveillance we have examined.

“Confirming that there was never a crime or illegal act committed by the security agency personnel against the accused female or any other person of their team.

“From the eye’s view of images and videos it is easily determined that the guests at first verbally blundering, which later was revealed to be more of a mess.”

The club insists that “under circumstances, no bodyguards resort to violence.We have fired the infractions and initiated legal proceedings.severe action will be taken against security staff who were involved”.

Udyog Vihar police station filed an FIR against unidentified individuals under sections 147 323, 149 and 354A (I)(i) 379A, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
