Hence, it is now clear that GoM is not going to submit its report to Cabinet today.
According to reports, except Hyderabad all other issues related to bifurcation have been resolved.It is learnt that GoM has refused to declare Hyderabad as UT but proposed some conditions on it.Bhadrachalam will remain under Telangana, except those few villages that may drown under Polaram project.
