Telangana Congress witnesses revolt from a few congress leaders.
Just a few days left for GHMC polls and Telangana Congress got a huge blow when several Congress leaders queued to BJP.It is another setback for the main opposition party after Dubbak by-poll.According to the latest reports, congress leader and former Mayor Banda Karthika Reddy, former MLA Bikshapathi Yadav and his son Ravi Yadav, and other prominent leaders of Congress have recently joined in BJP.The T-Congress has also lost Pathancheruvu constituency key leaders Anji Reddy couple.
Reportedly, T-PCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy and Revanth Reddy tried to convince Bikshpathi Yadav, but they not at all showed any interest in continuing Congress.
On the other side, ex-Mayor Karthika Reddy has surprisingly taken Saffron side soon after the GHMC poll in-charge for BJP, Bhupendra Yadav landed in Hyderabad.
Nevertheless, T-Congress leaders are seemingly bowing down to the strategies of BJP.
Telangana Congress has lost the effective guidance of its leader, and this has made the other leaders lower their confidence on GHMC polls.It is interesting to see how far Congress would able to clinch maximum seats in the Municipal elections.
