Kasganj, Nov 14, : .An FIR has been filed against unidentified officers on murder charges in connection to the alleged custodial killing of Altaf, 22 years old.
The FIR has been lodged on Saturday on the complaint of the victim’s father Chand Miyan who said the police picked up his son for questioning on Monday at around 8 p.m.when he was eating dinner.On Saturday, the FIR was lodged against Chand Miyan, the victim’s father.

He claimed that his son was being eaten dinner when police arrived to pick him up.
