Telangana minister Etela Rajender has been facing the charges of the encroachment of the assigned land in Achanpeta in the Medak district.Etela has already been sacked from the ministry.
However, Etela said the land survey conducted two days ago was not transparent.In this context, the family of Etela Rajender approached the High court.
Etela Rajender’s wife, son, and Jamuna Hatcheries have filed a petition in the High Court alleging that their lands were illegally surveyed.They said that the report given by the Medak district collector was not transparent.
Etela family members made it clear in the petition that the officers had illegally entered and surveyed their lands in Achanpet and put up boards.The family members also appealed to the DGP, Vigilance, and Medak Collector not to take any action against them.
It is learned that the family of Etela also gave full details regarding the details related to the purchase of land in the past.It remains to be seen when the petition will come up for hearing in the High Court.
