Mumbai, January 1, 2008 : Emma Watson, the actress who played Hermione Granger’s role in Harry Potter films, was once considering quitting the franchise.Entertainment Weekly reports.Emma and her fellow stars from Harry Potter appeared together on the special ‘Harry Potter: Return to Hogwarts 20th Anniversary’, in which she spoke candidly about her stressful times.
Emma stated, “I found a diary entry which was sort of like.” It was clear that I felt lonely at times.She mentions later in the special that “The fame thing finally hit home” in big ways.
David Yates, director, said that when David Heyman, Warner Bros’ producer, asked him to take over the rest of Harry Potter movies, he told him “Emma doesn’t know she wants to return to do another Potter.”
Tom Felton played Draco Malfoy and said that people will never forget how she handled it.Rupert (Grint) and Dan (Radcliffe), they were able to rely on each other.Emma had her cronies.
Emma, on the other hand, was younger and more independent than I was.
Emma stated that Emma was genuinely motivated by the success of the franchise and they all had each other’s backs.
