Musk stated that young people should be able to help other human beings as well as the entire world.

Musk said that it is very difficult to be helpful, and urged young people to contribute more than they consume.

His advice to students was also to continue reading and acquiring general knowledge in order for them understand the current events around the globe.

Musk noted, too that you will be more open to learning from people all around the globe if you have more conversations with them.

Fridman was told by Elon Musk that he encouraged people to talk with others from all walks of life, different professions, and skill sets.

Musk stated that he was looking for evidence of “exceptional ability” rather than having a university degree in 2014 during a interview.

Musk stated that there is no requirement to hold a college or high school degree during a conversation with Auto Bild, referring to his general hiring preference.

It is possible that someone who graduated from an outstanding university may indicate that they are capable of doing great things. But that’s not always the case.

You can see that people such as Bill Gates, Larry Ellison and Steve Jobs did not go to college. However, if they were available, it would make sense to hire them.
