Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan who is in Delhi tour landed in Vishakhapatnam today morning. From there he would reach Kakinada via road to visit his injured party supporters. Going into the details, a clash took place near Kakinada MLA YSRCP leader Dwarampudi Chandrasekhar Reddy home.
The YSRCP MLA who is known for his foul mouth, fouled against Pawan Kalyan this time around. Enraged by the MLA’s comments, local Janasena cadre and supporters staged protests outside the MLA’s house and demanded his resignation along with unconditional apologies towards their leader. While things seemed under control until then, they started to slip when YSRCP supporters reached the MLA’s house.
This resulted in tensions situations building up, leading to a clash between the two sides. Few Janasena supporters were badly injured and were admitted in the hospital. Upon knowing this, Pawan Kalyan said he would be paying a visit to those injured and accordingly is coming to Kakinada.
In this context, he requested the East Godavari SP Naeem Asmi to grant permission for a public meeting, for which the latter denied. Reacting to this the SP issued a warning to Pawan Kalyan and Janasena supporters, stating that the police would take strict actions if they choose to hold a meeting.
