Earlier, ‘saala’ influential in Bihar, now ‘jeeja’, claims BJP leader

Patna 19 Aug : One day after Bihar Minister Tej Pratap Yadav formally invited his brother-in-law Shailesh Kumar to an assembly of the state’s pollution control board Former BJP minister Janak Ram on Friday targeted Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the RJD for their support of family politics.
“Earlier, saala (wife’s brother) was influential, but now jeeja (sister’s husband),” he said in an ode to RJD chief Lalu Prsad Yadav’s siblings-in-law Sadhu Yadav as well as Subhash Yadav being very influential and dictating the terms of their speeches when he was the Chief Minister, and later Shailesh Kumar in the government of his son, Tej Pratap Yadav.

“Old scenario was re-enacted in the government of the present.Jungle Raj part 3 arrived in Bihar,” he declared.

Distinguishing himself from Nitish Kumar, Ram said: “When I was minister, I would ask him for his approval of the sanctioning of job openings in the department however, he didn’t even listen.He is not looking for any Dalit leader to sit with him.He often became annoyed with me.”

Minister of Building Construction Ashok Chaudhary, of the JD-U was in the defense of Tej Pratap Yadav.

“When the leader is appointed to the position of minister, the family members would go to the office to observe the work.It was the case with me too, even though I was appointed minister for the fifth time.Tej Pratap Yadav was in the ministry for the first time and his brother-in law went with him.It’s not a major issue.It was an official gathering and he (Shailesh Kumar) should have left in the first place,” Chaudhary said.
