Kolkata, Nov 29, : , After Trinamool Congress decided to not attend the meeting of opposition parties called by Mallikarjun Kharge before the winter session, Dilip Ghosh’s comment about Mamata Banerjee, West Bengal Chief Minister, sparked a controversy.
Ghosh stated that Mamata Banerjee was trying to be the leader.Sonia Gandhi’s days are gone.

He continued, saying, “Let them determine who will stay with whom.” This is a drama by the opposition.This is a drama by opposition.”

“Who will call the meeting — Congress, or Trinamool Congress?” Ghosh said that they will decide which party is the main one after the session ends.

Ghosh’s comment was met with severe criticism from both the Congress and Trinamool Congress.Sougata Roy, senior MP, stated that “we had an important meeting at Kolkata so we had to return.” We will have to remain there.It is not important to comment on Dilip Ghosh’s observation.Let them forget about the defeat at the assembly elections and spend their time on unnecessary things.

Pradip Bhattacharya, Congress leader, stated that “the problem with these peoples is that they don’t know the history Indian parliamentary politics.” They also called for the meeting to be held when BJP was in opposition.Congress has now called it.This is parliamentary protocol.He is trying to deny it.”

Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, the Lok Sabha leader, said that there are opposition parties pretending to be opposition, but they are actually with the ruling party.They always back out when there is a conflict with the government.Congress does not behave in this manner.

Derek O’Brien, retaliating at Chowdhury, wrote in his tweet: “Yes, there will be Opposition unity within #Parliament.The Opposition will be united by common ISSUES.

RJD and DMK are all electoral allies to Congress.NCP, Shiv Sena and JMM share a government.We are not running a government with Congress, and Congress is not our electoral ally.That’s the difference.
