Yograj Singh, father of Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh made some sensational comments on skipper MS Dhoni.Yograj placed the blame squarely on Dhoni for his son’s omission from World Cup 2015 squad.
Yuvraj’s father also compared Dhoni with Ramayana’s mythological villain Ravana.Yograj said Dhoni will “suffer some day” just like Ravana.
Yograj said the captain will be “left to beg and become penniless”.
He went on to allege that media is responsible for giving him the crown which he doesn’t deserve.Yuvraj’s father also expressed a strong desire to slap Dhoni, if he was a media person.
‘’Dhoni is arrogant.
The way Ravana’s proud came to an end, Dhoni will also suffer some day.He will beg and become penniless.” Yuvraj’s father said.
Meanwhile cricketer Yuvraj Singh has distanced himself from his father Yograj Singh’s comments on India captain MS Dhoni .Yuvraj took to Twitter to reiterate that he had “no issues at all” with Dhoni and said that he was looking forward to meeting the wicketkeeper-batsman and congratulating him on becoming a father.
“Iv got nothing to do with statements coming out in the media ! As Yuvi said before enjoyed playing under dhoni no issues at all,” Yuvraj wrote on his Twitter page.”I look forward to meet msd and congratulate him on becoming a father !,” he added
Meanwhile both Yuvraj and Dhoni will be seen in action in the 8th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 8) which starts today in Kolkata.Yuvraj will play for Delhi Daredevils .Yuvi bought by Delhi for record price of Rs 16 crores.
