New Delhi, Sep 1 : In an all-out of conflict of words the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, V.K.Saxena on Thursday, hit the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.He said Kejriwal has turned to devious tactics and hurling false accusations, but they do not stop him from fulfilling his duties as Lieutenant Governor. “I demanded good governance, no tolerance to corruption, and more efficient services for the citizens of Delhi.However, Hon’ble CM @ArvindKejriwalJi in desperate circumstances has resorted to deceitful tactics and false accusations.
“I am not surprised to find out that in the next few days, more of these unfounded personal attacks are made against me or my family.He must be aware that I will not under any circumstances be stopped from fulfilling my constitutional obligations.
My dedication to improving the quality of life of the citizens of Delhi is unshakeable,” the L-G said in an official statement.
Saxena has also taken the decision to take strict legal action against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders who have accused Saxena of fraud during his tenure as Chairperson of Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) KVIC, government sources had stated on Wednesday.
According to an L-G office source A source from the L-G office, actions will be taken against AAP members Saurabh Bhardwaj, Atishi, Durgesh Pathak and Jasmine Shah, among others for bringing up false accusations of corruption against Saxena during his time as KVIC Chairman.
The AAP leaders recently claimed that Saxena was involved in fraud in the demonetisation process in 2016, and demanded an CBI investigation.
The source also said that the CBI has already delved into the issue at the request of KVIC the company and has submitted a chargesheet too.
The two people whose testimony were the foundation of these allegations against the L-G’s have been discovered to be involved in fraud at KVIC by the CBI the source said.
The source also said that AAP uses corrupt people to distract attention away from its numerous crimes, which comprise enormous corruption in the education sector, the liquor policy, and PWD which amounts to thousands of millions of rupees.
