Andhra Pradesh is witnessing corona cases above 2,000 for the past few days.Recently, the Andhra Pradesh govt has relaxed the curfew which is in force for the last two months.
Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy recently extended the night curfew in AP for another one week.Night curfew is now enforced in all districts only from 10 pm to 6 am the following day.
However, despite the declining corona across the state, the situation is not under control in the East Godavari district.The government is enforcing night curfew across the state till the 30th of this month.
However, there is no significant decline in the corona cases in the P.Gannavaram zone of East Godavari district.Against this backdrop, authorities have made a key decision as the corona positivity rate is also rising across the zones in the East Godavari district.
The shops and other businesses will remain open from 6 am to 2 pm in the zone from today.
People are advised not to go out unless it’s necessary.Mandal Tahsildar Mrityunjaya Rao issued warnings that they will take stern action against those who come out of houses and the shops which remain open after 2 pm.These new curfew timings will be in force for a week from Thursday.
