Hyderabad Police has registered FIR at Banjara Hills Police Station against BI Marketing and Services Pvt.Ltd.and Directors Mr.Samuel Sangeeth, Mr.Abhishek Moses and Mr.James Raymond Moses (BI Marketing) based on a complaint received by police for supplying under capacity Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and collecting extra money from Customers of Daiki.
One of the Customers of Daiki placed an order with BI Marketing for 5KLD STP.BI Marketing deceived this Customer by supplying under capacity STP after changing the name plate of Sewage Treatment Plant from 3000 liters per day (3KLD) to 5000 liters per day (5KLD) and collecting the price of 5 KLD STP from Customer instead of 3 KLD STP.Due to the supply of under capacity Plant, the Customer faced overflow after installation of STP and negative observations from local pollution control board officials and requested Daiki to upgrade/ rectify/ replace the Plant.
Said FIR is filed by an authorized representative of Daiki Axis India Pvt.Ltd.The company spokesperson said that Daiki is the ultimate subsidiary of Daiki Axis Co.Ltd.listed in Japan which is a worldwide well-known Manufacturer of STP using Johkasou Technology and it will take strict legal actions against BI Marketing to recover damages caused to the reputation and goodwill of Daiki.He said that Daiki is taking all legal remedies to hold the culprits accountable for misdeeds and also verifying the products delivered by BI Marketing to the other Customers.
The Hyderabad police has registered FIR against BI Marketing and its Directors under various IPC Sections for fraud, cheating, breach of trust and deception.
