Yangon, Nov 28, : After 505 new cases were reported within the last 24 hours, the number of Covid-19 cases in Myanmar has risen to 521 211, according to a Ministry of Health release. The release said that 12 deaths have been added to the total death toll in the country, which now stands at 19,079
According to Xinhua news agency, 495,408 patients were discharged from hospitals.In addition, more than 5.5 million samples were tested for Covid-19 by Saturday.
On March 23, 2020, Myanmar discovered its first two Covid-19 cases.
